Both teams encouraged to compete. You do not have to compete in all events.
We compete in 2-3 away meets held in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida etc. We also hold a Home Meet here in Gainesville at Sun Country Gymnastics. Lastly, we compete in the NAIGC National Meet!
We raise money through fundraising and the University Recreational Sports Department's budget to fund competitions. Active members of the club will receiving funding for meets. Inactive members will be required to pay a portion of their cost to attend the meet.
Anyone who has the desire to compete, can. We travel as a team and will generally stay over night together in a hotel. These meets are a great way for everyone to show support and bond with one another.
