Women
- Back handspring on floor
- Front handspring on vault
- Back walkover on beam
- Kip Clear hip on bars
Men
- Back Handspring on floor
- Front handspring on vault
- 3 swings to side dismount on P-bars
- 1 circle on mushroom and leg cuts on pommel
- Kip Clear hip on high bar
- Skin the cat and swings to dismount on rings
